Third-year BNYS students from the Nutrition and Herbology departments visited the Food Technology Department at Karunya University, Coimbatore for four days.

The visit offered an excellent opportunity for the students to deepen their understanding of advanced extraction methods, including the latest techniques used in the industry. They also gained practical knowledge of pasteurization processes, exploring various approaches to preserving food quality and safety. Here are a few highlights from the visit.
