As part of the celebrations of the 12th International Day of Yoga (IDY 2026), a Yoga Session was successfully conducted on 19th June 2026 at Sree Narayana Guru College (Autonomous), Coimbatore, jointly organized by JSS Institute of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences, Navakkarai, in association with the 2 TN Arty Bty NCC, Coimbatore and the National Service Scheme (NSS).
The yoga session was led by our Doctors from JSS Institute of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences, who guided the participants through the Common Yoga Protocol and highlighted the importance of incorporating yoga into daily life for holistic health and well-being.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, NCC cadets, NSS volunteers, faculty members, and staff, reflecting a collective commitment towards fostering a healthier and more mindful society.
